Automated Work Flow System introduced

In a boost to further enhance its internal operations, Magnon International has introduced a custom developed, fully automated Workflow System. The system which is mapped to the organisations existing processes, will track progress on each project right from the time of commencement till its final delivery. The platform integrates various process such as initial information capture, project scheduling, resource allocation, logging delivery hours, issue tracking, quality testing and status tracking. The Application now enables the management to monitor progress and performance more closely than ever before.

With the introduction of this system, our clients would now be able to get detailed reports on their projects and real time status of their projects making the service delivery very transparent. Internally the design, development and internet marketing teams can collaborate better with the Account Manager and the Client.
