Dare Magazine features the Founder and CEO of Magnon..!

Vineet Bajpai, the Founder and CEO of Magnon has been given a prestigious space by Dare Magazine in its October 2010 issue.

Dare magazine is a cyber media publication that writes about the leading entrepreneurs with ‘make a difference’ attitude. This 3rd anniversary issue of Dare Magazine has listed 30 CEOs from diverse business domains to share the challenges they faced and how they overcame them.

Vineet Bajpai has been given a distinctive space in this magazine. The whole article revolves around- Talent Retention as a Challenge. For the survival of any business enterprise, it is important to hold back quality and talented human resources. Magnon too, faced this problem of retaining loyal and hard working employees in its initial stage of business.

The company has been investing its time and resources to train its work force. Not only this, to support one of its employees decision to pursue a management degree, Magnon sponsored her for an evening Executive MBA program with one of the leading institutes in New Delhi.
